Job Description

We are looking for an efficient, highly organized, and professional Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate needs to be flexible, highly proficient, and systematic as they will be assisting a Senior Executive. We need someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the Executive and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Financial allocations on Xero and related systems
  • Invoicing & Quotations
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Assist in planning company events
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
