A) Attach the existing Employer post to the user (backend)

Go to Employers → All Employers → Lisa Elite → Edit.
Make sure you’re in the Classic Editor and that the Attached User meta box is visible (Screen Options → tick “Attached User”).
In Attached User, search and select lisaelite and Update the post.
Clear caches and try User Dashboard again.
If the “Attached User” box can’t be edited, switch to Classic Editor (you already installed it), or temporarily disable any editor/permissions plugins that might hide that field.
