  • Job — Full-time traditional employment.

  • Project — Short-term or fixed-term work posted by Employers.

  • Service — Talent-created listings showcasing skills available for hire (e.g., logo design, CV review, video editing).

All project and service payments are processed through our secure escrow system.
Employers fund the work upfront, and payments are released to Talent only when the work is approved, protecting both sides.

  • Talent: 3% service fee on completed projects/services. No fees on full-time job applications.

  • Employers:

    • 10% commission on completed projects/services.

    • First job post is free; R499 per additional job post.

    • Optional paid add-ons such as Search packages and Background Checks.

We respond to all queries within 24–48 hours.

Go to the relevant profile or project and click Report Issue.
You can also open a dispute directly from the Messages or Orders section if it relates to active work.

No, verification is optional but recommended.
Verified Talent receive a Verification Badge, increasing trust and hiring chances.
Employers may also request verification before hiring.

Expired or closed listings can no longer receive applications.
Employers can repost, duplicate, or edit and relist the listing from their dashboard.
