For Talent

  • Click Create a Profile and enter your basic info (name, headline, location).  Add skills, a short bio, portfolio samples, rates and your availability.

  • Optionally purchase a Verification badge to verify identity, credentials and references (this improves trust).

  • Use your Dashboard → Visibility toggle to control when your profile is public set it to Visible when you’re ready to be discovered, or Private while you edit.

For Employers

  1. Click Post Project or Create a Profile, complete your company details, then post a brief or search talent.

  2. Employer accounts are separate from talent profiles and let you post projects, review proposals and manage hires.

Yes! Profile creation is free. You only pay service fees on completed work or for optional services like verification.

We keep pricing simple and transparent.

  • Projects & Services (short-term or milestone work)

    • Employers pay a 10% platform fee on each project payment. This covers escrow, payment processing and platform support.

    • Talent pays a 3% service fee on the final amount of completed projects (no commission). The talent fee is only charged after a project is completed and funds are released to the talent.

  • Traditional / Full-time Hiring (job listings)

    • First job post is free. Subsequent job posts cost R499 each.

    • Volume bundles are available for employers with multiple vacancies (5+). Bundles reduce the per-post price and add optional features (featured listings, priority support).

  • No hidden fees. All fees and totals are shown before checkout. Fees cover escrow, payment processing, and marketplace support.

Clients fund milestones into escrow; funds are released when milestones are accepted.

Absolutely. You can filter projects and job posts by Virtual/Online, Hybrid, or On-site, and by province or city to find the exact arrangement you want. Talent control their profile visibility and can show themselves as available or hidden from search at any time from their dashboard.
