Our Practices

Five practices. One standard.

Every practice is held to the same vetting bar: roughly the top 5–10% of the field, skills-verified, personally vouched and anonymous until introduced. Each practice publishes its standard openly, so you will know the room before you step into it.

Practice I

Leadership: executive search, without the search firm.

C-suite and senior executives for South African and African companies: chief executives, financial, operating, marketing, information and people officers, managing directors and general managers. Practice II

Board & Governance: the seat that shapes the company.

Non-executive director and board committee placements: independent NEDs, audit and risk committee members, remuneration and social-and-ethics committee members, and advisory board seats. An underserved discipline in South Africa, where the right independent voice is often the difference between governance on paper and governance in practice.

Practice IV

Technology: people who have shipped, not just interviewed well.

Practice V

Specialists: scarce skills, vouched for.

Senior professionals outside the other four practices whose skills are scarce enough to justify a practice: legal counsel and company secretaries, senior HR and transformation leaders, supply chain and engineering professionals. A straight word before you apply

We serve a narrow slice of the market. By design.

Fewer than 1 in 12 who reach our door are admitted. That is not a boast; it is what employers pay for, and it is what your admission will mean. If we are not able to serve you today, we will say so plainly and with respect.

The standard does not move, and people reach it every year. The door stays open, and so does the invitation.
